2026年度 前期授业料免除申請について（大学院生）
(Application for Tuition exemption for the 1st semester of the Academic year 2026)

书类を揃える际は、以下の内容も参考にしてください。

アルバイト先で証明を受けて下さい。なお，2025年1月2日以降にアルバイトを始められた场合は，源泉徴収票ではなく给与支払（予定）証明书（様式4）を提出してください。 Please ask the employer of your part-time job to prepare the certificate. If you started working on or after January 2, 2025, please submit Salary Payment (Scheduled Payment) Certificate (Form 4) instead of a withholding slip. |

Application for Tuition exemption for the 1st semester of the Academic year 2026 For privately-financed international students
- International graduate school students who would like to apply for tuition exemption need to take the following steps.
- If the application is incompleted or not submitted on the scheduled dates, it will not be accepted.
- Applicants of tuition exepmtion will be granted moratorium on tuition payment from the time of application filing until the announcement of final decision.
If you pay the tuition after filing for the exemption, you will be disqualified from the application.
1. Submission of application
- Please submit your application and all other documents by the following.
- Until tuition fee exemption is determined, tuition fee payments will not be withdrawn by bank transfers from the bank account.

※After you submitted, staff at the Student Support Division might send e-mail or call you to ask about your application.
2. Confirmation of the result
- The result will be determined around the early July.
- Please check the 91风流楼凤 website.

3. Payment of tuition
- If your application for full／half tuition exemption is not accepted, tuition fee payments will be charged from your bank account in the same month as the decision.
(Invoice will be sent to the students who don't have bank account.)
